City of art. Beautiful countryside. Pizza at its best.
It can be argued that many visit Italy for the food. With Rome serving as the Italian capital, it is no wonder why so many tourists visit Rome. Rome also happens to be a capital of the art world, and in the top cooking schools in Rome, you will see exactly why.
At cooking schools in Rome, you will learn how to sculpt pasta in the same city where great sculptors were born and trained. Or learn how to make pizza the Italian way and never have to order in pizza again. However, not all cooking schools have classes that are confined to the kitchen! Some cooking schools also invite you to explore the Roman countryside and visit a local winery or even visit a local Italian market to pick out your ingredients to cook with.

InRome Cooking Classes
InRome Cooking grew out of a deep love of Roman-style, Italian food. Brother and Sister: Marilena and Salvatore Barberi, brought to life their dream of opening a cooking school. The school is in tribute to their father’s legendary restaurant near the Vatican.
After 20 years of hosting and guiding visitors around Rome, the Barberi’s now welcome you to learn Italian recipes from scratch while resting in a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.
Getting the kitchen ready was a labor of love. Set in a fantastic historic apartment in the city center, meticulously renovated in 2016. The dining room has a 17th century, hand painted ceiling. And, the school has a sleek, modern kitchen with several stovetops and big marble tables.
Tradition, simplicity, raw materials excellence: this is my philosophy, coupled with a welcoming and warm personality, passion for food, wine pairing skills and an elegant environment close to the Vatican zone and the metro station.
P.D.: I have cats in the house, in case you're allergic :)
Minardi Frascati Winery
