I went to Clara's kitchen with my friends. We had a wonderful morning of cooking, learning, eating great food and drinking great wines. Clara was super nice and professional. I strongly recommend it and I intended to go again!
Chef Clara was amazing. She also explained the origins of the recipes and ingredients, and gave us a mini history lesson on Italy and its regions. Not only did we learn to make delicious food, we had a blast doing it. I highly recommend this class for those who are looking for actual hands on cooking class.
Clara enjoys sharing her knowledge and sprinkles useful tidbits of information along with easily mastered techniques for fine Italian cooking. The class concluded with a beautifully set table where we enjoyed our prepared dishes. This is a must do if you visit Milan!
Clara describe how to correctly make each dish. I was very surprise when I first heard that her recipes have been handed down from her mother and grandmother. She also seriously focused on the importance of using organic, regional produce. It's a small, intimate kitchen and everyone had a great time. At the end you sit down to a home cooked meal that you have created with your new found friends with a glass of wine, what better way to experience Milan.
I had a very impressive moment here at Cook In Milan. Clara is a very good teacher. She explained everything thoroughly in a very interesting way. After the class, she also gave us the recipe booklet and souvenir. Such a memorable time in Milan.
My day with Clara started with a visit to the market to buy fresh local ingredients. We came back to the apartment and we prepared the food we bought. I do every step by my self from cleaning the vegetables to cooking.I enjoyed the class very much so the time flies real fast. Clara's class is a small class, so she took care everybody closely. Our group had wine with lunch and homemade lemoncillo. I highly recommend this class.
The market tour was interesting, it was great to see local produce and to hear about the foods currently in season. The cooking class was hands on, Clara is extremely organised, very knowledgable, and so passionate about food & wine. It was really enjoyable and the recipes are very practical so you can try them easily at home.
I have so much fun at Cook in Milano First, we went to the market to buy some stuff so I've learn a lot by visiting the market. Clara is a skilled chef. Her recipe is terrific! I got to do every step by myself by following Clara's instruction. I'm not very good at cooking, but all the dishes came out very good! Shouldn't missed!
Clara is very skillful and loves to share her passion and knowledge about food to others. She made a dish that I've always thought to be very complicated seem so simple. I think anyone who visits Milan should definitely add Cook in Milan to their to do list.
The market that we went to buy the ingredients needed is simply amazing. Then we went back to Clara’s home and started our cooking in a lovely atmosphere - like a group of friends. Clara is extremely a good host. We enjoyed our prepared dishes together and also drink Italian wine. I was very happy and had so much fun. It's my amazing experience. I highly recommend it.
