We truly enjoyed the Tea Ceremony. It was an enriching experience. Our tea ceremony master is nice, calm and speaks English very well. She explained well the history and details about a tea ceremony. I definitely recommend this tour.
It was a traditionally tea ceremony We spent 45 minutes learning about the mysteries and meanings of the tea ceremony with refinement, dexterity and modesty .it's time spent well in the tranquillity and peace of the house. Traditionally Japanese and really worth a visit
Great Japanese traditional experience with a great host.
To have an enjoyable time in japan.

Satae was a great instructor nd took time with me even though I was 20 minutes late!
Delightful. Thoroughly enjoyed the tea ceremony. How hostess was very welcoming, spoke excellent English and made the whole experience very relaxing and enjoyable. Very informative and we enjoyed the sweets, drinking the tea and grinding and whisking our own.
It was a wonderful experience in a cosy atmosphere with just four guests. First, we moved back in time to get to know the history of tea in Japan and we could witness how the real matcha is made of tea leaves. Then we moved to the ceremony room and both witnessed the tea ceremony with its solemnity and beauty and could try to make our own cup of tea. Delicious and unforgettable!
Host was thorough and professional. We really enjoyed it.
I was so looking forward to trying an authentic tea ceremony and this experience was truly wonderful. Our host was so lovely and gentle. She explained everything so carefully and thoughtfully guided us throughout the entire experience. Preparing our own matcha tea was so much fun and we were able to simply enjoy tasting the tea and the beautiful Japanese confectionery in a peaceful space.
It was a lovely and thoughtful experience. I was the only one there and the lady was very sincere and professional.
I love tea and have been looking forward to trying a tea ceremony for years so I really wanted something that was authentic. I was also traveling with friends who were not huge tea lovers and knew next to nothing about tea ceremonies. This catered to both. It was very informative and relaxing with a nice combination of instruction but then also allowing the guest to simply enjoy as well. Our host was lovely and you could see her love of tea, hospitality and sharing her culture.
