Vietnamese food is known by Pho and Spring roll. But Pho is an outdoor breakfast and Spring roll is for weekends and special occasion only. A Vietnamese home meal usually come with 3-4 dishes. One savory dish: beef, fish, chicken, pork, shrimp; One soup; One vegetable or beans: stir-fried or boil and Steam rice.

• Papaya salad/ five color salad (gỏi đu đủ/gỏi ngũ sắc)
• Corn fried spring roll (ram bắp)
• Beef/ chicken noodle soup (Phở bò/gà)
• Desert fried banana with coconut juice and ice-cream

Programm

• 12:00PM Meet at the main gate of Ben Thanh Market. Our staff will book car for your to go to Vi's house about (30-40 minutes from Downtown)
  12:45 pm: Arrive our apartment
  12:45-1:00pm Make Vietnamese Coffee/welcome tea
  1:00-3:30pm : Learn to cook 3 dishes and one desert
  Short visit to our rooftop garden with many kinds of herbal before say goodbye
  3:30PM send you back your hotel/Opera House
