What includes in the day tour

• Hakata tour: Walking tour to temple and shrine
• Sake tasting: Taste 5 different of sake
• Cooking class: Hands-on and make soup stock with dried kelp
• Tea ceremony: Prepare and enjoy Matcha with the bamboo whisk, in the traditional Japanese manner

• Japanese home cooking with 3-4 dishes
• Soup stock with dried kelp
• Tempura
• Sushi rolls
• Taste 5 different Sake and Umesyu (plum liquor)

Programm

• 9:30 am: Meet at your hotel or Tochoji
• 9:50 am: Explore the town (Hakata) to a temple and shrine with Michi
• 11:00 am: Cooking class with Chef Chieko
• 12:30 pm: Sake tasting
• 1:00: Matcha time
• 2:00 pm: End of the tour
