I’m Shirley born in the states and raised in Japan. I’m graduated from a culinary school in Japan and a cook license holder, Food hygiene manager, Fermented food researcher, Sake navigator, Cheese navigator, Owner of Shirley’sCooking&Workshops. My kitchen is newly opened located in a cozy residential area in Tokyo. There are cherry blossom trees everywhere and beautiful in the springtime. After the class on the way back to the station, we will stop by at a shrine, supermarket, a small shopping street for free if you have extra time.
We are going to make sushi rice and soup from scratch. You can choose Miso soup or clear soup. Wagyu is known as fatty and juicy beef in Japan and you can taste a tiny piece in this class.
