Fleischlos kochen auf urbaner Bio-Farm

Beschreibung

In 4 hours cooking class, participants able to harvest and get to know about fresh organic produce growing at the farm and cooking under guidance of Pei Chin. During the cooking, 2 participants will work together in a group. At the end of the cooking, participants will sample their own effort in the nature. 

This will be a small cooking class so that every participants has a more engaging interactive reaction with Pei Chin.

• 10:00 am: Farm Tour 
• 10:20 am: Cooking session 1 and tasting (Garden Salad and Organic Drinks)
• 11:00 am: Cooking session 2 and tasting (Onde-onde and vegetarian mee rebus)
• 1:00 pm: Time to enjoy your dish under trees
• 2:00 pm: End of the cooking class and ready to go back.
