Best of the Classics: Turkish Cuisine in Sibel’s Home Kitchen

I want to teach and cook with you in my kitchen the famous classic Turkish Foods. You will see our Turkish hospitality with Turkish coffee and some snacks. I made 6 different menus for each day (but if I don't have a lesson you can ask to change the menu days). This will give you unique opportunity to learn Turkish meals, experience, special memories and new friendships

Monday

Tuesday

• Delicious Homemade Turkish Mantı - Turkish ravioli

Wednesday

• Çiğ Börek - Deep-fried water thin dough with raw minced meat filling
• Ayran - A drink made of yogurt and water

Thursday

• Gül Börek - Pastry with lamb meat
• Çerkez Tavuğu - Chicken with walnuts/ Circassian chicken
• Mercimek çorbası kemik suyu ile - Lentil soup with bone broth (Demonstration)

Friday

• Delicious Homemade Turkish Mantı - Turkish ravioli

Programm

• 10:30 am: Arrive at my house and kitchen. Drink Turkish Coffee and show how I make.
• 11:00 am: Start cooking the selected recipes
• 1:00 pm: Enjoy your lunch with drinks.
• 2:00 pm: End of the day with new friends return to Hotel
