Contemporary Neapolitan Cooking Class

Welcome to Chef Raph's private backyard and cooking class, where you'll be surrounded by plants, vegetables and the warm glow of cozy garden.

After a little refreshment and chatting about the local menu, we'll begin your hands-on cooking class. You will prepare three dishes using ingredients selected by Raph, which have been designed according to your allergies, dietary intolerances, and possibly their availability in your own country (so you can replicate the recipe at home!). 

During the class, you will learn about cooking techniques, as well as the ingredients and their provenance. Our professional chef will tell you everything you want to know. Before the end of the class, we will have lunch together. 

Water and juice is available throughout the class. Wine is not included in the offer, but can be served upon request.

This is a sample menu that will change depending on the seasons. 

Starter

• Summer parmigiana with fresh anchovies and smoked mozzarella

Main

• Spaghetti with roasted squash and shrimps tartare, Panzanella with seafood, 

Dessert

• Limoncello curd, almond, melissa

Drinks

• Water, juice and soft drink
• Wine (not included in the price)

Programm

• 10.00 am: Meting the class and introduce the ingredients
• 10.15 am: Cooking session.
• 11.15 am: Break
• 11.30 am: Cooking session.
• 12.00 pm: Enjoy lunch with the food that you have made. 
• 1:00 pm: The end of the class.
