Learn how to cook the best recipe of Thai cuisine by using fresh ingredients from the homegrown ingredients in the garden. You will learn 5 Thai dishes and 1 curry paste of your choosing. Many hands-on experiences as we will make fresh coconut milk, tamarind paste and cook Thai rice. 

You will bring home the 4 color recipe book, and share the tasty food with your friends.

Programm

• 2:30 pm: Pickup time
• 3:00 pm: Market tour and buy fresh ingredients at local market
• 4:00 pm: Start Cooking and enjoy your dishes (cook and eat, serve hot)
• 7:00 pm: End of class and send you back to the hotel
