I am a professional pastry chef and I am also a very good cook since I was very young: I am Neapolitan and cooking there is very important, it is the heart of my city. It is something you have inside and it comes natural either for the passion and the culture.
We’ll meet in Piazza San Salvatore in Lauro, which dates from the sixteenth century and has a magnificent view of Castel Sant'Angelo. Then we'll head to my apartment nearby. I'll welcome you in my cozy and well-equipped kitchen where I will teach you how to prepare the tasty tomato sauce for the gnocchi and also the gorgonzola cheese sauce. Then we will peel and smash the potatoes and add the flour, we will make gnocchi: natural.
Each of you will have hands-on to learn well. When we finish to cook, we will eat and savor our gnocchi together. I would like to share my passion with you by teaching you how to make perfect handmade Italian gnocchi at home.
