Great class. Thank you. Chef was skilled and the interactive demonstration of our 5 courses engaged me totally. Delicious food and a happy way to spend 4 hours. I really enjoyed exploring the Ben Thanh market stalls and having the use of various herbs / fruits and fish explained. Thanks so much.
Enjoyed the morning standard cooking class. It started with a very informative wander through the market....a great way to learn about the many fruits and vegetables that were not known to us. The class was also very hands on, fun and a great way to learn how to cook some classics as well as taste new dishes. Chef was very knowledgeable, patient and able to explain things extremely clearly. The final tasting of our delicious meal was the best part! :)
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our class and our visit to the market. Our chef showed us some new fruits in the market, and even had us taste a handful of fruits I've never seen before. The experience was amazing and I would highly recommend this class to everyone.
It was our last day in Saigon and turned out to be one of our favorite days of the trip! You have to go, it is an experience you will retain forever and the food was delicious!
My friend and I booked this class last-minute after realizing we wouldn't have time for a Mekong Delta tour. It was an excellent decision! We met Mi (just guessing at the spelling) at the entrance of Ban Thanh Market and she brought us around and showed us how the Vietnamese prepare and shop for food. We were the only ones booked for the class on a Monday morning so we ended up with a private lesson. Mi, Chef Tran, and the entire staff were excellent. Friendly, funny, and everything was ready for us. We got to do the cooking without the hassle of preparation and cleaning. All of the dishes were delicious! We left feeling so full!
