During the class, I will introduce you to the Japanese cuisine, showing how to display a table in an elegant way, giving you some tips about good Japanese table manners. We will then prepare one of the menus below together and finally you will enjoy your meal with a premium sake.
At the end of the course, before leaving, we will visit one of the supermarket closed to my area. I will give you some useful tips and show you which ingredients you definitely need to bring back to your country with you.

Chicken Karaage (deep fried Chicken) is an all time favorite food and it's one of the most delicious menus to serve with white rice. It is a particularly flavored chicken, soft inside and crispy outside. Potato Salad is also another favorite Japanese side dish, loved by everyone from children to adults. Maybe the best combo for beer, sake, and wine snacks.
