Got our hands-on sushi making after explored the market which fulled of ingredients, got to know what it is and tasted some is the best experiences of Japan Trip! Recommended!
It was very interesting to explore the market with a local. She explained a lot about the products. The sushi class was diverted. It gives you an idea about how to make it.
It was a really awesome and unique experience. I had so much fun and learned how to make sushi! The guide was really nice and the food was great! This is a must do
The tour was straightforward and gave us insight to the going ona about Tsukiji Fish Market. The best part was having fun making fresh sushi with the chef!
Our tour with Kazu-san was fantastic. He was very polite and enthusiastic. He educated us not only about the fish market and its wares, but also on the dynamic and atmosphere of various sections of the market. I'm sure any guide could assemble the same knowledge that Kazu-san demonstrated, but his familiarity with the surrounding businesses and business owners made the tour more personal and interesting. Furthermore, he provided a variety of souvenirs for us to remember the trip by at none of our expense. Perhaps they were sponsored by the company or provided for in our fee, but his humble, courteous character and kindhearted, cheery attitude puts any doubt about his good intention to rest. A fantastic guide, one I'd love to travel with and get to know another time.
