Our cooking school is known to vegetarians and vegans throughout the world. Our standard class is held over half a day either in the morning or afternoon. Schedules for both the morning and afternoon classes are listed below.
May Kaidee's cooking school has been around since 1988 and we've proudly hosted thousands of students since then from over 50 different countries.
What we liked: As vegetarians, we were able to uninhibitedly nibble, savor and relish every dish and ingredient. Our cooking class gave us a taste of traditional Thai culture and we loved learning a new skill that we can take back to our families to give them a taste of Thailand.
What to know: It's a small and intimate cooking school, and we felt grateful that our class included only us.
Good for: Vegetarians or vegans that want learn more about Thai food.
How to get there: The cooking school is well located, in walking distance from the main gate to the old town.

Great class with a lovely host. Make sure you skip breakfast and lunch because you’re going to be absolutely stuffed.
I can highly recommand this cooking class. The instructor was very friendly and explained everything very detailed. We made 8 differnet dishes/sides and I was allowed to eat them all or take them away. Can't wait to cook the recipes at home. Thank you so much!
It shouldn'tbe, but it was a private class cause my boyfriend and I were the only two that day so it was a very intimate class, they teach very good and they are very kind!! I learned how to cook 7 different vegrtarian/vegan dishes dishes from the thai tradition!! Highly recommended!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It was great to learn vegetarian Thai cooking. The place was clean. The instructors were very friendly and had a good sense of humor.
I really loved the cooking course with Nim! We were in a small group of 5 and sometimes paired up but there was so much food that it was ok (I've been eating leftovers for breakfast and reminiscing about the class for two days). We learned 10 recipes in the short time and had so much fun. It's pushed me to try and find a real wok and mortar and pestle before I fly home :)
Small class so very good tuition. Friendly and genuine staff. Egg in pad Thai recipe but can be omitted. Overall highly recommended.
Nim was a great teacher she explains how to make everything slowly and makes you feal that you can do this at home no problem well explained and very nice people would come here for more cooking lessons
