I'm an MBA degree holder and cooking is my passion. I conducted authentic Sri Lankan classes for the last four years I conducted my classes in the Colombo city which is just 20-30 minutes from Colombo fort. The classes is conducted in an old house with a maximum capacity for uptown 10 people. My eggplant dish, coconut roti, jackfruit and string hoppers also famous among the students and these dishes can request with an additional charge.

This is practical class which you get some kitchen work and food preparation can do by yourself with my guidance and support.

• Dhal Curry 
• Potato Curry
• Fish ambultiyal or (Fish Curry)
• chicken curry or soya curry
• Jackfruit curry
• egg plant
• Beans curry
• Coconut sambol
• coconut roti
• Gotu Kola sambol or other herb fresh salad
• Watalappam or (Coconut custard pudding)

Schedule

Morning Session:

• 10:00 am: Meeting point at the Cooking school
• 10:15 am: Introduction to the class
• 13:30 pm: enjoy the meal and Class ends

Afternoon Session:

• 5:00 pm: Meeting point at the Cooking school 
• 5:15 pm: Introduction to the class 
• 8:30 pm: enjoy the meal and Class ends
