Our food journey starts from the traditional market. You’ll be guided through the historic KuangFu market. Meet the vendors who offer locally grown, seasonal goods and learn the techniques of selecting the fresh ingredients from our chef.
Once we return to the cozy classroom, the hands-on cooking fun begins! Be prepared to learn the 3 Classic Dishes: Mullet Roe Fried Rice, Three-Cup Chicken, Squid with Five-taste Sauce, plus 1 dessert - Tofu Pudding! Mullet Roe is also known as "black gold” in Taiwan, seen as a treasure from our local waters. Let us show you how this delicacy is best savored, and we will taste it Taiwanese Beer!
During the 3.5hrs cooking class, you’ll not only bring home the cooking techniques but also hear the stories behind these delicious dishes, giving you a chance to understand the essence of the unique Taiwanese flavors!
Children under 12 are free and can join the class together.
