Do you know how to make tea? What's the difference between Chinese tea and Taiwanese Tea? And why tea is so important in our culture, what's the magic behind it?

The class will introduce you tea history and how to enjoy a cup of tea. The shop itself is a tea expert of craftsmanship with all type of tea. You will taste various types of tea that are cultivated in different climax, experience a traditional tea ceremony, and find your favorite tea and bring it home.

Tea tasting various from Green tea, Black tea, Oolong tea, and so much more! The school will show you how to brew and distinguish different teas. You will enjoy not such tea, but the culture and clam mind after the class.

• Learn the history of Taiwanese tea
• Recognize a variety of teas with 5 sense
• Taste different types of tea: 4-5 types
• Learn how to brew tea
• Bring home your favorite tea sample(in a test tube)

Schedule

Morning Class 

• 10:00 am: Introduction of tea history and brewing technique 
• 11:00 am: Tea tasting and make your tea and souvenir
• 11:30 am: End of the class
