Don’t worry, you will glean the tips & tricks to the perfect paella, but our chefs will also guide you through lesser-known yet equally iconic dishes, like Galician octopus, Spanish omelet, refreshing gazpacho, and warming stews. Capture the bright, dramatic flavors of Spanish cuisine and take the techniques home with you.

Each Spanish Cooking class ends with a delicious lunch and carefully chosen wine pairings. You will gather around our rustic wooden table to enjoy what you and your fellow classmates have cooked using your newly acquired knowledge.

Children under the age of 12 are not allowed due to safety reasons.

Join our fabulous team and let them guide you through the secrets of Spanish cuisine. From paella to poulpo a la gallega, our chefs will teach you all the skills you need to cook the best Spanish dishes, so you can wow your family and friends when your holiday is over.
This 5-hour class includes a completely hands-on cooking experience followed by a gourmet lunch that you have prepared yourselves in the lesson.
