Beer Brewing Workshop: Brew Your Own Beer

About

Do you want to brew your own beer? Now, we can make your dream come true! Our craft beer master will teach you how to create beer, as well as some of the secrets of the craft beer!

The three-hour course will start with a brief introduction to the 4 basic elements of beer and 6 basic steps of brewing. You will see, smell and feel different types of grains, and learn how brewers create aromas, colors, flavors and textures from common ingredients. 

Then, it’s time to brew your own beer! You will start brewing under step-by-step guidance and learn the tricks to homebrewing beer in HK as well.

After finishing your brewing, the beer master will tell you the history of beer, how to appreciate different beer styles from around the world and how to match the right glass to different beers.

At the end of the workshop, you can bring your own batch of homebrew with the optional brewing kit and finish the following steps of beer brewing at home!
