You will try various classic Guadalajara and Jalisco dishes, ranging from the unmissable tortas ahogadas (a pork-filled sandwich doused in salsa and accompanied by lime and onions), delicious carne en su jugo (thinly cut beef served with its own broth mixed with bacon and beans), classics menudo and birria (flavorful, hearty, spicy pork stomach and beef soups), as well as many others!
