At Gastronomic Trekking, we combine the best of the outdoors with Italian food and wine culture.

To begin, we’ll walk along the stunning Sorrento coastline. We’ll forage wild herbs, native flowers and aromatic plants on the trails and terraced gardens of the coast. Along the way, you'll learn about indigenous food culture and traditions, as well as the history of the land.

Once we’ve gathered our fresh ingredients, the cooking class will begin in our professional kitchen. Together, we’ll prepare a 4-course vegetarian menu, featuring traditional Italian recipes with a modern twist. We will teach you all our best cooking techniques and preparation methods. 

Once the dishes are ready, we'll all sit back, relax and enjoy the food we prepared together with Italian wines sourced from local vineyards.

Schedule

• 09:30: Walking along the beautiful terraced gardens of the Sorrento Coast, foraging and collecting fresh ingredients.
• 11:00: Cooking class with collected local products.
• 13:30: Lunch with four prepared courses and wine tasting.
• 14:30: Class complete.
