Our 3-hour cooking class experience includes:

Please choose three dishes:
- Spring roll (meat or vegetarian)
- Cantonese black sugar sponge cake
- Siu Mai (meat or glutinous rice filling)
- Sesame roll
- Shrimp dumpling (Har Gao) (if you select shrimp dumpling, then you can only select one more dish)

Our cooking class experiences are from 4pm to 7pm.

- Buy ingredients for your cooking class
- Head to a local home kitchen in Chai Wan by local transportation
- Begin cooking!
