In this hands-on class, our pizzaiolo master will show you how the locals make authentic Neapolitan-style Margherita pizza.
You will knead, stretch and shape the pizza dough, top it with fresh ingredients, and then watch your pizza bake live in the oven.
Along the way, we’ll teach you the secrets to choosing the best flour and yeast, how long to rest and lay the dough, when to add toppings, and so on.
At the end of the class, everyone will enjoy their delicious pizza together. Now you will be able to recognize a true Neapolitan pizza when you see it, and best of all, make it yourself!
