3-Course Cooking Class in Beautiful Tuscan Countryside by Chef and Sommelier

Hi! My name is Giorgia, I am 47 years old. Since I was 25, I've been passionate about food and wine and have worked as a chef and sommelier.

In our 3-course cooking class, we will prepare a traditional Tuscan menu. The cooking class will be held in my house, which is immersed in the Tuscan countryside, among olive trees, vineyards and a splendid view of San Gimignano. 

The lesson takes place on the patio of my house, where we will pick fresh herbs directly from my garden, taste organic extra virgin olive oil from my olive trees, and sample some of the best local wine in San Gimignano: the vernaccia!

Upon request, I can adapt the menu with vegetarian variations or with extra recipes.
