In our cooking class in the very heart of Rome, you will learn how to make different types of homemade pasta with your own hands and discover how to make a real artisanal Italian gelato! 

You will get the first-hand experience while our professional chef reveals to you all secrets for a classic Italian meal. You will also prepare one of the most loved desserts in our country: gelato! Our expert Gelato Artisan will guide you step-by-step and will explain to you how to make the real Italian gelato from scratch. 

It’s time to sit down and relax while you taste all delicious dishes  that you and your chef have prepared during your cooking course. Sip a glass of good local wine and enjoy a delicious made-in-Italy meal surrounded by a charming atmosphere! 

Menu

• Welcome appetizer and prosecco
• Bucatini or fettuccine 
• Ravioli or tortellini
• Italian gelato
• Water, soft drink and a glass of wine

Schedule

• 3:30 pm: Introduction to pasta making and ingredients. 
• 3:40 pm: Starter preparation and hands-on pasta-making session with sauce.
• 4:40 pm: Artisanal gelato-making session.
• 5:30 pm: Time to eat what we made with a glass of local wine.
• 6:00 pm: End of the class.
