A professional Italian chef will teach you everything you need to know to create a complete traditional Italian menu and master the basics of this famous cuisine. You'll receive the undivided attention of a private chef and learn all the tips and tricks first hand. Take the opportunity to ask any questions, the chef is happy to share with you all the background of the tradition and culture, useful culinary techniques, secrets of Italy. Spend a fantastic evening with friends and family at your home away from home. 

You have the flexibility to choose between an afternoon or an evening session. Our chef organizes everything needed to create a 4-course menu. From the purchase of ingredients to the necessary preparations in the kitchen to the cleanup. That way, you can focus on the most fun part — the cooking and the eating!

We can reach you in different cities and areas in Tuscany and Umbria so please let us know your holiday destination after booking.

Food:

• Homemade bread
• Fresh made egg pasta with tomato and basil
• Authentic chicken "Alla Cacciatora"
• Panna Cotta or artisan Tiramisu

Drinks and wine can be purchased from our wine list for a minimum of 12 bottles please get in touch after the booking for more info 

Schedule

• 10:30 am: Arrival of the chef at your place
• 10:40 am: Introduction with finger food
• 10:50 am: Start hands-on cooking class
• 1:00 pm: Enjoy your creation in comfort
• 15:30 pm: End of the experience
