There is nothing like beginning your day strolling through a vibrant food market tasting local deliciousness with a guide that points out exactly what needs to be seen and tasted.

Then imagine arriving at a superb location with a breath-taking view of Rome and of St. Peter's Basilica. A cup of espresso coffee will greet you while you get settled into what will be your home for the next 4 hours!

You will start by making tiramisu from scratch and learn to make two different pasta doughs which you will then magically turn into fettuccine and gnocchi! The sauces will be made from what you picked up at the local market with your guide.

Once you have completed your creations, grab a glass of Italian wine and enjoy the 3-course lunch you have prepared. What better way to enjoy a fun, local day in Rome?
