Then imagine arriving at a superb location with breath-taking views of Rome and of St. Peter's Basilica. A cup of espresso coffee will greet you while you get settled into what will be your home for the next 4 hours!

You will start by making tiramisu from scratch then you learn how to make two different kinds of gnocchi. One is fluffier than the other! The sauces will be made from what you picked up at the local market with your guide

Once you have completed your creations, grab a glass of Italian wine and enjoy the 3-course lunch you have prepared. What better way to enjoy a fun, local day in Rome?
