The first thing you will learn from this class is how to make delicious ramen soup without MSG. Next, you will learn the difference between ramen noodles and other noodles and how to make these chewy noodles. You will also learn my secret ramen soup broth recipe (non-veggie).
For those who love Gyoza, we will also learn how to make crispy, never burned or soggy, gyozas and learn all about Japanese Miso (I use my handmade miso for gyoza filling). You will be able to remake delicious ramen noodles and gyoza at home with my recipe whenever you like. We will cook in my recently remodeled kitchen and we will enjoy the food in my cozy and calm tatami dining room.
