Pizza-making class: learn to make the perfect pizza near Piazza Navona

Learn the secrets behind the perfect pizza in a cool cooking school in Trastevere! You’ll have your own professional pizza-maker teach you about the basics and fundamentals of different pizzas including Neapolitan, Roman, and Genoese pizza, as well as focaccia. 

You will then learn how to recognize the types of dough, the seasonings, and the cooking methods of the different pizzas, as well as of those of other delicacies you can make with pizza dough. Afterward, let the games begin: choose which pizza to make from three different toppings (Margherita, funghi e salsicce, or patate e mozzarella). 

After you’ve made your pizza, we'll have lunch together with drinks included.
