During the class, you’ll be guided through the traditional Chan Chung market to see and taste various breakfast foods with the locals. Once we return to the kitchen, you will make the multi-layered Scallion Pancakes from scratch. Also, you will learn the secrets of making the tender and soft egg crepe (Dan Bing). Even the soy milk will be made from fresh soybeans! Seize the opportunity to experience this amazing Taiwanese breakfast feast!
