Intensive Thai Cooking Class in the Heart of Sukhumvit

About

This intensive 2-hour cooking class offers a hands-on experience to learn Thai traditional techniques in cooking a 2-course menu with curry paste included.

It doesn't matter if you are a complete beginner or want to improve on your existing skills, the chefs will make sure everybody gets the most out of this class. The three main goals are to teach how to cook Thai food, to eat great Thai food, and to have a lot of fun while it!

You'll be welcomed in with a drink and a snack, while the chefs introduce the dishes and the ingredients. The kitchen is located in a beautiful city town house in the heart of the Sukhumvit summit. It has modern gas installations and keeps up with the daily cooking activities, day in and day out.

After this class, you'll have all the knowledge to create authentic Thai food from scratch. You'll be able to cook several Thai dishes using the same basic building blocks. You're friend and family back home will be in for a treat!

Tuesday

• Chicken galangal in coconut cream soup

Wednesday

• Sour prawn soup
• Massaman curry
• Stir-fried noodle with pork

Thursday (Vegetarian and Vegan cuisine)

• Vegetarian Pad Thai
• Green curry with chicken
• Vegetarian green papaya salad
• Deep-fried spring rolls

Friday

• Green Curry with chicken
• Fried rice with shrimps
• Stir-fried water spinach

Saturday

• Green papaya salad
• Thai noodle with prawn
• Deep-fried spring rolls
• Minced pork salad
