This class will cover everything from scratch! From going to the market to enjoying your culinary creations at an off the beaten track bamboo oasis with pools and coconut-leaf lodgings. The class, designed by veterans of Hoi An tourism industry, are the efforts to bring the soul back to the land by employing returning locals to introduce the once-lost town to travellers.
A scroll through Hoi An market will leave you with lots of interesting facts, useful bargain tips and of course, fresh ingredients for the cooking session. After picking up the ingredients, nothing beats a calm boat ride in the glittering Thu Bon River.
