The staff was so accommodating! We loved every second of the class!
Max, the Tuscan Bites owner, welcomed us into his lovely restaurant, & our chef Guilia spent the next three hours patiently teaching two inept Americans how to make tradirional homemade pasta with a delicious, but simple Tuscan sauce, a vegetable melt, & delicious tiramisu dessert! After completing the meal, we then had the pleasure of eating our meal with a Barillo wine, finishing with a cappuccino in the charming flower-lined front window. It was the perfect way to spend a morning in Florence, Italy. Can't wait for Guilia to visit us in the States & for Max's restaurants to come to a city near my home.
We had such a blast doing this class! At the end, they serve you the food that you made. It was really fantastic! They really took great care of us and I learned a lot of great tips and techniques!
Loved the food. The chefs helping us were very sweet and welcoming. We had the place to ourselves so we could spend time enjoying our food and company . Will definitely recommend.
It was a great class, there was a women I think she is the owner she is really friendly. The chef was good and the place is really nice and cozy ( it is a restaurant with seating area) Easy recipes with a good taste. Some tips are really useful
Guilia and Agatha were knowledgeable and made the evening very fun. They were extremely patient with our rudimentary cooking skills, we ended up laughing throughout the evening. I would highly recommended!!
