Our 3-hour cooking class experience includes:

• Outdoor wet market tour
• Buying the ingredients for the cooking class
• Heading to a local family's home kitchen via public transport
• Cooking a family-style meal together
• Enjoying eating the Chinese traditional food that you prepared

Menu

Choose 1 dish from each menu A, B, and C

Menu A: Side Dish

• Winter melon with fish soup
• Hot and sour soup
• Beancurd skin with vinegar sauce
• Spring roll
• Sweet and sour tofu puff
• Fried fresh soy sheet in sweet and sour sauce
• Steamed chicken with chili sauce
• Lotus root with meat cake
• Stir fired bitter melon in black bean sauce

Menu B: Main Dish

• Steamed glass noodles with scallop in black bean sauce
• Lotus leaf steamed with fried rice
• Lotus leaf steamed with chicken
• Sweet and sour fish (fried squirrel fish)
• Mapo tofu
• Dumpling ** (if chosed for dumpling, can either select for A or C only)
• Sweet and sour meatballs
• Taucheo steamed fish
• Garlic prawn with glutinous rice in lotus leaf
• Siu Mai(pork dumplings)

Menu C: Side Dish 2 

• Ginger tea with sweet dumplings
• Sesame roll
