This class is not for the faint hearted. We welcome you take your taste buds on an exciting and probably a scary journey through the fantastic flavors and experiences of Thailand. You will cook and eat a few of the most exotic and scary foods in South East Asia. We dare you.

• Dish 1 – Goong Ten (Live “Dancing” Baby Shrimp Salad)

Literally translated as “Dancing Shrimp”. This dish requires you to mix up live shrimp with sauces and vegetables in a large metal bowl to create a frenzied dining experience that will jump into your mouth and fill it with awesome flavors and a crunchy finish!

• Dish 2 – Pad Phet Pla Lai (Stir Fried Hot and Spicy Eel)

Take your taste buds on an unexpected journey as you fry up awesomely spicy eel that have strange and wonderful textures which will blow your mind and give you the experience of a lifetime!

• Dish 3 – Pad Phet Moo Baa (Stir Fried Hot and Spicy Boar)

An amazing mix of wild boar, curry paste, fresh peppercorns, sauces and of course heaps of chillies brings this dish together and creates a dining experience that you’ll be talking about for years to come!

• Dish 4 – Larb Kai Mote Daeng (Red Ant Egg Salad)

Prepare yourself to experience what is one of the most sought-after ingredients in Thai cooking! Combine red ant eggs with powerful chillies and excellent herbs and vegetables to make an incredible tasty dish that bursts with fantastic flavors!

• Dish 5 – Sushi Bugs

Put your creative skills to the test as you make incredibly strange and wonderful sushi snacks using… bugs! Put your body to the ultimate test by making eye-popping dishes that will amaze and, possibly, scare!
