We cook authentic Thai style food with clean, organic ingredients and simple, healthy techniques. We will take ingredients straight from the ground in our home organic garden whenever possible, as well as find them at the local market from trusted sellers, ensuring that you get the freshest, tastiest ingredients around.

Daily - Vegan recipes available

• Green Curry, Panaeng Curry or Massaman Curry
• Tom Yam Kung (Spicy Sour Shrimp Soup)
• Pad Thai (Thai Fried Noodle) or Pad See Ew (Stir Fried Flat Noodle)
• Som Tam (Papaya Salad)
• Khao Soi (Chiang Mai Noodles)
• Fresh Noodle Rolls
• Coconut Soup
• Mango Sticky Rice

Schedule

Morning Class

• 8:30 am: Pick up from your hotel and drive through villages to see the real, non-touristy Chiang Mai.
• 9:00 am: Visit a local market to see where local Thais get their fresh meat and vegetables
• 10:00 am: Arrive at Auntie Orn's home, take a short rest and then a tour of her organic garden, picking fresh ingredients for your meal
• 10:30 am: Cooking class, Thai family style
• 12:00 pm: Have dinner as a family and rest
• 1:30 pm: Return to your hotel

Afternoon Class
