At the end of the session, we’ll even take you to a local supermarket so you can pick up all the essential ingredients and recreate the magic at home.

10:50 AM – Meet at Zoshigaya Station (Fukutoshin Line)
We’ll meet at Zoshigaya Station and walk together to the classroom (about 2–3 minutes). If you prefer to come directly, it’s approximately a 15–20 minute walk from Ikebukuro Station.

A brief introduction to the class and a walkthrough of the day’s schedule.
11:10 AM – Cucumber Appetizer
We’ll start with a refreshing cucumber appetizer using the unique accordion-cut technique. This fun and decorative cut enhances texture and flavor. Don’t worry—we’ll guide you step by step so you can easily master it!
11:20 AM – Easy & Authentic Okonomiyaki
Time to get hands-on with Osaka-style okonomiyaki! Learn how to cook it on a hot plate while picking up tips, techniques, and secret tricks from the chef to recreate it perfectly at home.
12:00 Noon - Enjoy Your Meal!
Gather around the hot plate and enjoy your freshly made okonomiyaki alongside your cucumber appetizer. It’s crispy, savory, and delicious. We’ll finish with a sweet seasonal dessert to complete the meal.
12:40 – Supermarket Visit
Join the chef for a visit to a local supermarket, where you'll explore the Japanese ingredients and seasonings used during the class. Discover local flavors, get insider tips, and maybe even pick up a few tasty souvenirs!
13:00 – Wrap-Up & Recipes to Take Home
