The Private Cooking Class start with a Market tour to select all the ingredients for your lesson and lunch; along with the Italian Chef that speaks fluently English you will learn and cook authentic, wholesome Italian dishes.

- 10:00 am: Meeting point at the Cooking School
- 10:15 am: Introduction and coffee or cappuccino is served
- 10:30 am: Market tour at Sant'Ambrogio
- 11:15 am: Cooking session
- 1:00 pm: Lunch
