Monday-Thursday

• Fried mix seafood cake (signature dish)
• Sauteed flat noodle with pork
• Chicken in yellow curry
• Tom Yam Kung (soup)
• Stir fried morning glory served with rice
• Banana in coconut milk

Tuesday- Friday

• Chicken in coconut milk (signature dish)
• Papaya salad
• Sauteed Thai noodle with prawn
• Duck in red curry
• Mix seafood in chili sauce
• Mango with sticky rice

Wednesday- Saturday

• Minced pork bean curd and seaweed soup (signature dish)
• Vegetable spring rolls
• Prawns in green curry
• Sauteed chicken with cashewnuts
• Fried rice
• Thai pumpkin in custard

Schedule

• 9:30 am: We'll meet with an introduction coffee or tea 
• 9:45 am: We'll start cooking, you'll cook and eat the entire class
• 4:00 pm: End of class
