Bake like the French!

Flour, eggs, sugar, chocolate, chocolate, chocolate will be our best friends during two hours. I propose you to bake chocolate mousse, chocolate tart, chocolate truffles, nuts with chocolate... Depending your chocoaddiction :)

And to enjoy our hard work, we will have a deserved tea time break at the end of the cooking class. (don't eat too much before the class...)

After sharing this time together you'll be a great chocolate baker and get all these new knowledges with you. I'll give you the recipes of course to be able to make them again once going back home.

I prefer a little group (no more than 6 persons) it is really better for a friendly moment together.

Menu

You'll bake 2 different recipes with chocolate. I'll teach you some techniques but the key point is that YOU bake. 

• A chocolate tart
• A chocolate mousse or fondant

My motto is "Learning by doing" so don't be shy and have fun with this chocolate sweet moment.

Schedule

We propose different hours depending the day you want to join.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday

• 3:00 pm: Welcome and presentations of the recipes
• 3:15 pm: Cooking time
• 5:15 pm: Enjoying time with a tea or coffee

Tuesday and Thursday

• 12:00 pm: Welcome and presentations of the recipes
• 12:15 pm: Cooking time
• 2:15 pm: Enjoying time with a tea or coffee
