Everyone loves ramen and gyoza!

In this vegetarian cooking class, you'll learn how to make traditional ramen and gyoza in a hearty and satisfying meal — all without meat.

Under the instruction of a local chef, you'll learn how to make a mouth-watering vegetarian soup stock for your ramen (most soup stock available in Japanese restaurants is meat-based). 

You'll also get step-by-step instructions on how to make the perfect gyoza, including easy steaming and grilling techniques to make it crispy on the outside. 

After all the cooking is complete, we'll enjoy our meal together and end the session with some delicious Japanese desserts.

• Vegetarian Ramen (freshly made egg noodle, miso, and soy milk)
• Crispy Vegetarian Gyoza 
• Black sesame ice cream with fruits
• Fruity Yuzu Sake

*Class menu will change slightly depending on the seasonality of ingredients.

• 10:30 am: Start the class with the introduction from the chef.
• 10:45 am: Learning ingredients for soup stock.
• 11:00 am: Time to make ramen noodles.
• 12:00 am: Time to have lunch with Vegetarian ramen and gyoza.
• 12:30 pm: Time to enjoy our lunch!.
