Florentine Meatballs Class in the Heart of Florence

Experience our signature dish in its variety, meatballs. A simple plate that may be done in many different styles. Our style is old Grandma’s recipe. You will learn to make 3 different sorts of meatballs or “polpette”: a veggie meatball, a cod meatball and a Florentine traditional style meatball, each with its dipping sauce. You will eat them like cherries!

The class will be held at TuscanBites place, the menu may be tailor made to your group likes. 

After the cooking class you will enjoy your hard work, tasting and enjoying a glass of your favorite wine or handcrafted beer.

Menu

• Veggie polpette - Tasty meatballs made with veggies.
• Fiorentine polpette - Tasty meatballs made with italian beef minced meat eriche with parmesan, eggs, bread and milk. Gently sauteed then stewed with tomatoes pulp.
• Cod polpette and dipping sauces - Tasty meatballs made with codfish, bread and milk. 
• Red/White wine or Beer or Drink

Afternoon Classes
