Tra Que Minty Garden is a local Vietnamese family-run business managed by Le Van Hai, known as Danny, who has more than 16 years in the hospitality industry as a Western Sous Chef and as an Executive Chef. Tra Que Minty Garden specializes in organizing farm-to-table cooking classes and farming tours.

Pick-up at your hotel within Hoi An City. *Please arrange transportation yourself if you stay outside Hoi An City. We can help to arrange but a fee will be settled by guests.
