Experience the true local food of Northern Thailand with our "Special Lanna Cuisine" set.

After exploring and shopping for fresh ingredients at the local market, we will proceed with the cooking class, where our chef and cooking instructor begin sharing techniques and recipes of famous Northern Thai dishes. You will also learn crucial techniques in making your own curry paste from scratch.

"Authentic delicious food"

I visited there with my husband and we had lot of fun full with experience! My first impression here was Aon. He is extremely knowledgeable and super friendly. The food was great, all the dishes were delicious. We learned a ton of cooking tips and tricks. I would definitely recommend this place!

"Highly recommend course"

Best cooking school ever. We had such an amazing experience here. Aon is very nice and go through everything into detail. He had a great knowledge of all the ingredients we used and is excellent at speaking English. We cooked 5 separate dishes, all off them taste so good. They included spring rolls, curry and sticky rice with mango. I highly recommend putting this on the top of your list to do in Chiang Mai as it was a great way to experience Thai culture and local cuisine. I'd advise going on an empty stomach for all great 5 courses meal!

"perfect cooking class"

This cooking class was brilliant. We were picked up from hotels and taken to market to buy the fresh ingredients. It was well organized, clean, great demonstration to create our own masterpieces. I enjoyed it a lot and will recreate the dishes back home. I was so proud that I did the northern Thai course. Before leaving I was given all the recipes which is gonna be so useful when I go back. Thank you for making my day was such a great day!
