The class begins with an exciting visit to a local market. The local market is a great way to experience culture authentically and guests will first learn how to shop for some fresh ingredients. After getting acquainted with the local produce, the class proceeds to the kitchen station where our chef and cooking instructor begin sharing techniques and recipes of famous Thai soups, salads, stir fried dishes, and a crucial lesson in learning to make your own curry paste from scratch. After a demonstration by the chef, each participant will have the chance to practice on his or her own personal cooking station.
