Bologna is considered the capital of food in the world and we can show you why!

Our "Sfoglina" Martina will share with you all her secrets kept in her pasta factory. In a total informal way she teaches you how to make the dough, rolling it with the "mattarello" (rolling pin) as the Bolognese tradition requires. Then you will prepare some Bologna's pasta dishes such as Tortellini, Tortelloni and Tagliatelle!

Menu

We are in Bologna and we make local dishes, don't ask us to prepare Spaghetti Bolognese or Fettuccine Alfredo, we could get a heart attack ;)

All the pasta prepared is then cooked for dinner!

We are flexible on the menu but we normally prepare on the following list below, but is also depends on the season.

• Ricotta Cheese 
• Spinach Tortellni with butter and sage
• Tortellini
• Tagliatelle al ragu
