Live a real Tuscan countryside day, in our beautiful big property surrounded by olive trees and vineyard. On your arrival, after a coffee, of course, we will make the dough for the bread and the focaccia and while the dough rises, we will take a walk between our 900 olive trees (the view is incredible, perfect to take some photos!) and will explain how we make it, why it tastes like that... after that we will prepare our dessert: Cantucci (the Vin Santo is covered!).
We will go in our vegetable garden to pick up the tomatoes for our Pappa al Pomodoro, that will be served with Mozzarella di Bufala and a drop of Pesto. Please note that in not a season of tomato we can make instead some fresh pasta and its sauce, also if you prefer instead of the Pappa something else, just let us know.
While lunch is cooking we have to start in the real Italian way: aperitivo with tagliere (cheese, meat board, olive oil...). All the ingredients are local and they will be served with the focaccia and bread we made before.
Now is relaxing time, time to sip local wine, while waiting for the lunch to be served, in the middle of the beautiful countryside.
