Full Day Tour of Cooking Class with Cu Chi Tunnels Tour on a Motorbike

At 08:15 AM: you will be picked up by taxi to bus station. It takes one and half hours to Cu Chi area by public bus.On the way you can see more activities of local daily life and Vietnamese cuisine with chef Vu

After bus experiences, the motorbike drivers take you along village road to vegetables farm. There, you will collect vegetables and herb for cooking class.

Chef Vu will show you how to cook 4 special dishes with a lot of helpful cooking skills as knife, decorations, marinade skills. Cookery course finish with delicious meal that is cooked yourself.

On the way to Cu Chi tunnels by motorbike you will visit rubber plantation, rice field. At Cu Chi tunnels, you will have chance to explore 250 km tunnels systems underground village which helped Vietnamese Communist survive during the war time. Moreover, you can get knowledge: secret entrances, bamboo traps, booby traps, kitchen banger, way to dig tunnel… Especially, you can crawl inside for real experience.

End of trip, we take you back to Cu Chi bus station and the chef Vu will bring you back hotel by public bus about 6pm.

1. Stuffed pumpkin flowers with mean meat, Pancake, Chicken noodles soup(Pho Ga).

2. Fresh springs rolls, Pancake, Seafood hotpot

3. Vegetarian hotpot, Vegetarian pancake, Stuffed pumpkin flowers with mushroom.

Schedule

• 8:30AM. We pick you up from your hotel by taxi to bus station and go by public bus to Cu Chi district about 30 km.
  9:30AM. We change by Side Car to vegetable farm to collect vegetable and herb. On the way, you will have amazing view of rice field, water buffalo and daily life of local people. Specially, real tunnels is still underground
  10:30AM self-cook with chef’s direction and enjoy what you cooked.
  1:00AM. We will be in Cu Chi tunnel to discover tunnel system with 3 levels and 250 km of tunnel. You will understand more about secret entrances, bamboo traps, air holes, bobby traps, and crawl underground.
  3:00PM continuing by Side Car to bus stop and back to Saigon around 5:00 PM
